Three new indicators will be added to the list of risk indicators in the field of consumer protection.
From September 10, 2023, Rospotrebnadzor will add new items to the list of indicators of the risk of violations (Order No. 502 of 04.08.2023). They relate to the sale of tobacco and nicotine-containing products, as well as electronic cigarettes and vapes.
Inspectors may decide to conduct an unscheduled inspection if:

during the month, the store sold products with identification codes, information about which is not available in the labeling system, and sales exceeded 25% of the average volume for the same month,
-
at the end of the month, more than a quarter of the goods in the warehouse have been in circulation for more than 15 months. (according to the tracking system),
-
at the end of the month, sales are 50% less than the average values at one facility in the same locality.
In the list from 2021 there is another risk indicator – illegal use of a trademark. Together with the new ones, there are now 4 mandatory indicators of the risk of violations in the list.
