The volume of illicit tobacco trafficking in the Kursk region decreased by 40% in the first half of 2023 compared to the same period of the previous year.
This was reported by employees of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Kursk region, who took part in a seminar-meeting on combating the illegal tobacco market.
These events in the format of videoconferencing are regularly held by the National Scientific Center of Competencies in the Field of Combating Illicit Trafficking in Industrial Products (NSCC).
Colleagues discussed practical recommendations for further strengthening of the "white" market.
