By government decree, new items have been added to the list of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the work of federal executive authorities (FOIV) using GIS monitoring data and tools for the turnover of goods subject to mandatory labeling.

In August 2022, lists of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of state information systems for monitoring the turnover of goods and medicines subject to labeling and the work of federal executive authorities with them were approved.

In February 2023, the government also approved a list of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the work of the FOIV using GIS monitoring data and tools for the turnover of labeled goods.

This list (as amended at the beginning of August) includes eight categories of goods: beer and low-alcohol beverages, tobacco and nicotine-containing products, drinking water, shoes, light industry goods, biologically active food additives, wheelchairs.

The indicators of the efficiency of the work of the FOIV as a whole is the growth of the legalization of these goods.

The signed order added three more categories of goods to the list: "Perfumery and cosmetic products intended for hand hygiene, with antimicrobial action declared in the labeling of consumer packaging, as well as skin antiseptics - disinfectants", "New pneumatic rubber tires and tires", "Perfumes and toilet water".

Performance indicators of the FOIV:

- reducing the volume of illegal turnover of antiseptics, tires and perfumes;

- reduced sales of expired antiseptics;

- decrease in sales of antiseptics, tires and perfumes with missing or expired conformity assessment documents.
