Ownerless basic technological equipment for the production of tobacco products, nicotine-containing products, equipment that is found at a person's facilities in the absence of a license, is not registered, etc. is subject to withdrawal from illegal circulation.
The Ministry of Finance has determined the ways to dispose of the seized equipment by a court decision. These are fragmentation by thermal and (or) mechanical cutting, by waterjet cutting, crushing using a crushing (shredder) installation, pressing using a hydraulic press.
