In the new year, the single minimum price of tobacco products is 135 rubles per pack. Now it is 129 rubles.
From January 1 to March 31, 2025 inclusive, these goods can be sold to consumers at a price of at least 129 rubles. We are talking about products with maximum retail prices below 135 rubles, which were produced or imported into the Russian Federation before December 31, 2024 inclusive.
Nicotine-containing products with heated tobacco will be sold for at least 22 rubles (instead of 21 rubles) per gram.
The minimum prices for liquids for vapes and other electronic nicotine delivery systems based on 1 ml will be as follows:

63 rubles, if the products are in a bottle;

80 rubles – in a cartridge or capsule;

106 rubles – in the most disposable system.
Currently, the thresholds are 60 rubles, 76 rubles and 101 rubles, respectively.
Recall: if the minimum price is underestimated, the official will be disqualified for up to 3 years or fined 50 thousand rubles. The company will pay 100 thousand rubles.
