Performance management in GC SNS

GC SNS places a high value of employees’ professionalism and invests in its best employees’ professional growth. The Company has therefore launched the employees’ evaluation system Performance management, which makes relations between the Company’s employees even more transparent, and provides the clearest possible answers to questions like “How can I get promoted?”  or “How can I increase my salary?”.  All employees will have clear knowledge and understanding of the Company’s rules of play.  Now as part of the Performance management system all these processes have been systematized and automated for all employees.
