After a couple of years now we can see the results. Already more than a quarter of a century has passed and it is easy to understand and appreciate the road, which has been traveled, and where it is necessary to go to move further. COMPANY’S BACKGROUND

THE SUCCESS STORY IS 28 YEARS LONG

1992
– March 25, 1992 — Founding of SNS.
– The first office of SNS is at the Mostransagentstvo Hotel.
– The main sphere of activity was in the trade of cigarettes from the Russian factories of Java and Dukat and food products.
1993
– SNS expands to distribute an assortment of product brands from transnational tobacco companies, including BAT Russia.
– The company begins to distribute a wide range of food products.
1994
– SNS moves to a new office on Novocheremushkinskaya Street.
– SNS begins to distribute from tobacco companies directly to retail outlets without intermediaries.
1995
– SNS moves to a new office on Dovator Street.
– SNS starts to focus on the food market and started working directly with producers to import food products.
1996
– SNS moves to a new office on Cosmonaut Volkov Street.
– SNS is listed as one of the official 120 BAT Russia distributors.
1997
– Following the restructuring of the distribution network of BAT Russia, SNS is included as one of the remaining 12 distributors.
– Nielsen conducted its first analysis of the market volume share of BAT Russia products: at the end of the year it amounted to 10.89%*
– SNS begins to create a network of regional branches.

– The shareholders of GC SNS and TYUSOM decide to merge companies. Following this, GC SNS becomes the sole distributor of BAT Russia products.

– GC SNS wins the Global Distributor of the Year Award from BAT Russia (the best distributor of British American Tobacco in the world in 2006).

The rest of the employees all over the country celebrated with holiday cakes and memorable useful gifts for everyone.

2018
– GC SNS becomes the distributor of the soft drink Ilynskiye lemonades produced by GFD.
– Corporate identity of GC SNS updated in accordance with current trends. The updated logo symbolizes the simplicity, ease and clarity of the elements because GC SNS has long proved to all that is capable of doing business and the lack of the need for complex ornate visualization to attract attention.
2019
– in the context of cooperation with GFD company GC SNS has started distribution of a unique product for the Russian market – E-ON BCAA 2000 SPORT SUPPORT;
– in GC SNS was the launch of innovative corporate mobile application;
– GC SNS has completed the project to the distribution of OTP (cigars and pipe tobacco).
2020
This year will be remembered as one of the most difficult and full of new introductions. But the team of GC SNS coped with them more than successfully:

We are proud to be a member of the Society of Friends of the Museum, a unique repository, and a symbol of the rich historical and cultural heritage of our country. 2011
With the support of GC SNS, an exhibition of Nikolay Nikolayevich Ge What is Truth? is held, timed to the artist's 180th anniversary and becomes one of the largest exhibitions of the year.
2012
With the support of GC SNS were held:
– Konstain Korovin. Painting. Theatre. On the 150th anniversary of his birth, the largest exhibition project of 2012;
– restoration of Mikhail Nesterov’s painting Youth of St. Sergius.
2013

2014

2015 - 2016
V.M. Vasnetsov’s painting After the massacre of Igor Svyatoslavovich with the Polovtzy is restored with the support of GC SNS. Since January 2016, the restored painting is available to be seen by visitors at the Tretyakov State Gallery.
2016 - 2017
With the support of GC SNS, two paintings of Ivan Aivazovsky are restored: Near the Caucasus Shores and Rainbow, which then were presented to the general public in the same year as part of a great exhibition timed to the artist's 200th anniversary.
2018
With the support of GC SNS:
– restoration of K. Lebedev painting The removal of the bell. Martha Posadnitsa. The destruction of the Novgorod Veche (1889);
– the exhibition The pictures of the Russian History.
2019

– restoration of painting by I.N. Kramskoy Christ in the Wilderness (1872);

Since 2008, GC SNS has been actively involved in the revival of the Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery, the oldest leading Orthodox shrine since 1398 and representing a very significant place, both historically and spiritually. During the fruitful years of cooperation between GC SNS and the monastery, a variety of large-scale restoration works were realized. In the future there are no less ambitious plans.


2008 - 2009
With the support of GC SNS:
– the full reconstruction of the boiling house of the orphanage was finished;
– implementation of a large-scale project to restore the Small Refectory with a fireplace.
2009 - 2011
A large-scale project to restore of the entryway group with a flight of stairs and a lift, through which parishioners with disabilities can now go up the 2nd floor of the Church of the Transfiguration was realized by GC SNS.
2012 - 2013
With the support of GC SNS a large-scale project to restore the Patriarch’s chamber is implemented. Now the Patriarchal Chamber performs the function of a reception for His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All-Russia during his visits to the Savvino-Storozhevsky Monastery.
2014 - 2016
With the support of GC SNS:
the implementation of the project to restore the Single-columned Refectory clamber, created more than 300 years ago. In this project special attention should be paid to painting and a luxurious tiled stove.
2017
With the support of GC SNS:
the implementation of the final stage of the project to restore the Single-columned Refectory clamber: installation of chandeliers (traditional Orthodox chandeliers) and furniture for refectories.
2018 - 2020
With the support of GC SNS:
the implementation of the project to restore the Church of St. Sergius of Radonezh: carrying out full complex of restoration, including the iconostasis.
2021
With the support of GC SNS:
completion of a major project for restoration of the Church of St. Sergius of Radonezh.

PERSONAL INITIATIVES

The GC SNS supports and participates in the private initiatives of employees who combine to help colleagues and their families who are in difficult life situations, as well as the wards of orphanages in various regions of our country.

Our programs:
– assistance to employees/employee family members: the collection of funds for expensive treatment and operations; the collection of funds to help those who find themselves in difficult life situations;
– ​Let's give children faith in miracles!: a traditional New Year's project, within which we fulfil the most cherished desires of the orphanage children.
Thanks to such projects, every employee of the Group of Companies throughout the country regardless of grade and position may contribute to the fortunes of adults and children by just a few clicks on the corporate portal or in the corporate mobile application. Always powerful in response and a successful history of holding charity actions of the GC SNS confirms: we are powerful together!
