According to the note, in 2024 the budget may also receive 44 billion 057.7 million rubles of excise taxes on alcoholic beverages with a strength of more than 9 degrees (except those produced from excisable grapes) against 42 billion 157.6 million rubles in 2023. An increase to 46 billion 564.5 million rubles is planned for 2025, and up to 49 billion 170.6 million rubles in 2026.
Excise receipts from these products imported from abroad in 2024 are estimated at 44 billion 009.7 million rubles against 39 billion 424.4 million rubles in 2023, in 2025 - 46 billion 475.4 million rubles, in 2026 - 49 billion 075 million rubles.
The excise tax on sugar-containing beverages introduced this year in 2024-2026 will replenish the budget by 25 billion rubles annually against 10 billion 416.7 million rubles in 2023.
Due to the import of wines (excluding sparkling wines), the budget in 2024 may be replenished by 22 billion 585.6 million rubles against 11 billion 110.3 million rubles this year, in 2025 - by 28 billion 359 million rubles, in 2026 - by 29 billion 810.9 million rubles.
