Kamchatka Territory took the second place in terms of the number of cigarette packs sold — during the year, residents of the region bought 118.9 thousand packages. Slightly fewer packs were purchased by Russians living in the Nizhny Novgorod region — 118 thousand packages were sold there during the year. Sakhalin Oblast (108.1 thousand) and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (102.3 thousand) took the fourth and fifth places in the rating.
In addition to these regions, the Komi Republic (95.7 thousand), Murmansk Oblast (93.6 thousand), Karelia (92.3 thousand), Nenets Autonomous Okrug (86.2 thousand) and St. Petersburg entered the rating.-St. Petersburg (82.3 thousand).

The Magadan region, according to the " Chestny ZNAK ", became the leader in the number of packs of cigarettes sold in the third quarter of 2022. Nizhny Novgorod region then took second place.
